Are you someone who likes to take matters into your own hands? Someone who actively wants to get started and solve their sleeping problems? Then our Basic program is for you. During this process you will receive useful daily sleep tips, techniques and exercises from our sleep experts.
We request that you fill in your sleep diary every day and share your findings. We calculate your sleep efficiency based on your sleep diary and your sleep psychologist works out weekly sleep schedules. The recommended sleep schedules will help you sleep better in a step by step process.
