Learning to sleep better in 6 weeks
Are you someone who likes to take matters into your own hands? Someone who wants to get started actively to solve their sleeping problems? Then our Basic program is for you. During this process you will receive daily useful sleep tips, techniques and exercises from our sleep psychologist.
We ask you to fill in your sleep diary every day and to share your findings. Based on your sleep diary, we calculate your sleep efficiency and your sleep coach works out weekly sleep schedules. The recommended sleep schedules will help you sleep better step by step.
