Course of this conversation
During this online conversation we go over your sleeping problems, your medical/psychological history and the questions you have. With this information we can get started to improve your sleeping complaints. At the end of our conversation, we will ask you whether we can contact your general practitioner or practitioner (psychologist, therapist, etc.) so that they are also informed.
