Meet Annelies

Annelies is the face behind Start to Sleep’s online sleep training. With more than 25 years of experience under her belt, she has helped thousands of people with sleeping problems sleep better. It all started in her group practice Huis Midori, where Annelies, as a psychologist and psychotherapist, regularly came into contact with patients who had difficulty falling asleep. Annelies developed her own method based on cognitive behavioral therapy (gct-i/cbt-i) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) to teach patients to sleep better again. And that method?
